Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using MyOS (my-os.co.uk), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. MyOS is operated by Giju Ltd.

2. Service Description

MyOS is a web application that helps users build personalised AI skill files for use with Claude AI. The service includes guided onboarding, AI-powered skill generation, and skill file management.

3. Account

You must create an account to use MyOS. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Payment

MyOS Core is a one-time payment of £9 (early adopter pricing; standard £19). Payment is processed via Stripe. Upon payment, you receive lifetime access to all current features. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase will be honoured if no skill files have been generated post-paywall.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to MyOS, including your writing samples, profile information, and preferences. You grant MyOS a limited licence to process this content solely for the purpose of generating your skill files.

6. Generated Skill Files

Skill files generated by MyOS are yours. You may use, modify, distribute, and deploy them without restriction. MyOS does not claim ownership of your generated outputs.

7. AI Processing

MyOS uses the Anthropic API (Claude) to generate skill files. Your inputs are sent to the Anthropic API for processing. MyOS does not store or use your data for training AI models. Anthropic's own data handling policies apply to API interactions.

MyOS is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyOS and Giju Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account.
